At Paradigm Orthodontics in Oak Bay, we partnered with Brittain Construction to create a welcoming and contemporary space for patients and staff alike. Featuring custom millwork and thoughtfully designed workstations, the clinic seamlessly combines functionality with a polished, modern aesthetic. The result is a space that reflects Dr. Ayers’ commitment to providing exceptional orthodontic care in a comfortable environment.
West Isle Industries provided the full scope of architectural millwork across the project. Our work included bathroom millwork with integrated solid surface sinks, as well as millwork throughout classrooms, kitchen areas including solid surface countertops, benches, breakout rooms, and shared common spaces. The project demanded a high level of coordination and consistency across a wide variety of applications, all delivered to meet the durability and performance requirements of a high-traffic institutional setting.
Located in downtown Langford, the campus represents a first-of-its-kind partnership between Royal Roads University, the University of Victoria, Camosun College, and the Justice Institute of British Columbia, with additional programming space for School District 62 (Sooke). It stands as a strong example of collaborative infrastructure supporting education and community growth on Vancouver Island.
